The office and commercial space complex "Grīziņdārzs", located on Zemitāna Street 9, Riga, is undergoing a significant renovation to offer modern and efficient facilities for its tenants. Spanning 18,100 square meters across 8 buildings, the complex includes 254 parking spaces, 200 bicycle spaces, and 6 electric charging stations. To meet growing demands for convenience, cost efficiency, and smart solutions, "Grīziņdārzs" partnered with BISS to implement a fully automated and barrier-free parking management system.

This innovative solution delivers seamless parking experiences for employees, tenants, and visitors while maximizing financial efficiency and optimizing resource use.

  • A fully automated solution with four entry/exit points (two operational).
  • High-precision cameras record vehicle movements, and smart algorithms create parking sessions, minimize errors, and improve accuracy over time.

• Flexible Parking Payments:
  • One-Time Visitors: Quick and easy payments via the Mobilly system.
  • For Employees:
    • Employers can manage parking schedules, offering:
      • 10 visits/month for hybrid staff.
      • Monthly subscriptions for permanent employees.
    • Payments are processed seamlessly via the Flomo portal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
  • Automatic Invoicing: Invoices are generated automatically at month-end based on car usage.
• Night Parking with the Flomo Portal:
  • To maximize underutilized spaces at night, BISS introduced a self-service Flomo portal.
  • Nearby residents and visitors can purchase night passes through a public link for convenient after-hours parking.
• Comprehensive Reporting Tools:
  • Business center managers have access to detailed reports:
    • Occupancy Insights: Analyze usage trends to optimize parking space allocation.
