As a QA Engineer at BISS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and physical device interfaces (e.g., payment stations, parking displays). If you enjoy IoT, Raspberry Pi's, Web Apps, Computer Vision and contributing creative ideas to improve UX - you're gonna love being part of the team.
Requirements
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full QA process, from planning to deployment.
- Strong expertise in both automated and manual testing methodologies.
- Experience in setting up QA processes in early-stage projects or as the first QA Engineer on a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and issue reporting.
- Proficiency in relevant QA tools and technologies (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
- Fluent in English with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive software and hardware testing.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft tech stack is considered as an advantage.
Your responsibilities will include
- Test automation for Web Applications, HTTP APIs.
- Manual testing for EV Charging including payments, Parking System configuration, device integration testing (Cameras, turnstiles, barriers, etc.).
- Choosing the appropriate tech stack for test automation.
- Leading the quality assurance process for our diverse product range, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Designing and executing test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and resolve any quality issues.
- Establishing and refining QA processes and best practices within the team.
